owners, public officials, institutional investors, design consultants, and construction personnel by helping deliver multiple LIHTC communities throughout Texas.

Our mission is to develop dense housing in locations that promote a walkable lifestyle. By leveraging the Tax Credit program and local gap financing, Urbanize will utilize sustainable building methods to construct ecofriendly living for its tenants.
Vision
By 2050, our goal is to establish a Tax Credit pipeline in every State. This strategy should lead to creation of the largest multifamily portfolio in the United States of America.
